The Mec Shot make Paint Spray Room Drg No. MS/12476-06 with Down Draft, is suitable for containment Air Less and electrostatic spray painting mist. The paint mist produced by Paint Spray Operation is carried down wards due to suction effect Created by Exhaust Fan (15). The Spray Mist with over sprayed paint, solid & discharge solvent fumes are trapped in disposable Paint Trap Filters under the floor grating in side the Paint Spray Room due to the negative pressure created by Exhaust Fan (15) the paint mist and gasses is sucked from the closed Paint Spray Room and keeps the atmosphere healthy in side the chamber for the operator.
Ventilating air is sucked through the air box (5). The Paint Spray Room is provided with a Hinged Door (3) that should be fully closed & locked when the paint spray operation is in progress.
During normal operation, dust free air enters the paint room through the top Air Inlet & After Filters and passes through the Disposable Paint Trap Filters (10) in the room floor. Paint Mist get trapped on the outside surfaces of the filters and clean air flow through the filters into the pit where it exist through the clean air outlet of Exhaust Fan (15) & Chimney Canopy.
