Mec Shot make mechanical Recovery Systems with Floor Sweeping operates with air operated pneumatic cylinders and rubber blades. During the blasting operation the abrasive falling down on the floor through the floor grating of the blast room is swept automatically by rubber blades operated with pneumatic cylinders. The swept abrasive falls in the cross screw hopper for conveying in the boot of the bucket elevator.
The abrasive is lifted by buckets in the bucket elevator and drops down for recycling in the blasting machine through the air wash system. The dust generated during the blasting operation is sucked by exhaust fan of dust collector/cyclone dust collection system.
